At Stride Rite, we want to ensure every step your child takes is a comfortable one. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 45 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Generate and print your prepaid USPS return shipping label directly from the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box, secure it within a sturdy shipping carton, and attach the prepaid label before dropping it off at any USPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
